According to the latest Motorola news reports, Motorola is preparing a new smartphone, the Motorola Edge 50 Neo. Motorola claims that it will be the world’s thinnest military-grade smartphone.

On November 20, 2024, Motorola officially launched the G75 5G in India. This smartphone features a 6.78-inch FHD+ display with a 120 Hz refresh rate, a MediaTek processor and a dual-camera setup with a 50 MP primary camera.

It has a 5000 mAh battery with support for 68W Turbo Charge and comes in three colors: Aqua Blue, Charcoal Gray and Succulent Green.

Motorola Razr 50 Motorola Razr 50 was launched on September 9, 2024 and costs ₹64,998 in India. The foldable smartphone features a 6.90-inch primary display and a secondary cover display of 3.63 inches. It packs an octa-core processor and dual rear cameras. Android 14 runs out of the box.

The device is also accompanied with a 5000 mAh battery that supports 68W Turbo Charge and has an IP68 rating for water and dust resistance.

As per the report from IDC, Motorola has grabbed 5.7% market share in India which has witnessed a year-over-year growth of 149.5%.

The brand continues to cater to all types of market segments including budget foldable smartphones and also budget devices like G45 5G that can be purchased at a budget of around ₹10,000.

Motorola has confirmed that several of its smartphones, including the Razr 50s and various models from the Edge series, will receive updates to Android 15.

Although the update was officially released on October 15, Motorola has been gradually rolling it out, although specific timelines for availability remain unclear.
